Alexander Massouras: Other Places

We are delighted to announce, in collaboration with Julian Page, a solo show of works by Alexander Massouras. The exhibition will feature new and recent paintings, drawings and etchings.
Alexander Massouras is an artist and writer. His work has taken various forms but is consistent in its exploration of time, narrative and the archive. He was a member of the ‘Art School Educated’ research project at Tate, a Leverhulme Fellow of the Ruskin School of Art, Oxford, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Paul Mellon Centre.
His work is in UK and international collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The British Museum, the Rhode Island School of Design, the Fitzwilliam Museum, the Ashmolean Museum and the Deste Foundation. His work has been exhibited widely both nationally and internationally, including: Pace Gallery, New York; Kettles Yard, Cambridge; Artissima, Turin; the Royal Academy, London; and David Krut Gallery, New York.
